The ICF Experience is our annual boot camp for new ICF Pastors and Core Leaders. It is designed for new ICF Startup teams and fresh key leaders & staff from existing ICFs. All new ICF Pastors join as part of their basic training.

At the ICF Experience, you and your team will be immersed in the ICF Culture and DNA. You will learn key insights and get equipped with tools to build your local church. You’ll explore the “Why behind the What” and experience what an ICF church should feel like.

This three- to four-day program will be hosted by the ICF Movement, ICF Zurich, and ICF College. You can expect inspiring teachings from our best leaders, learning communities, talks, fun times, and an encouraging community. This intensive training will equip you to be ready for the exciting adventure of building God’s church!

We can’t wait to see you!

The ICF Experience is all-inclusive: Accommodation, food and transport will be organized for you.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

Participation at the ICF Experience from Thu, 22 – Sat, 24 June 2023 costs CHF 275 / EUR 249 per person.

For a stay until Sun, 25 June 2023 and participation at the Behind The Scenes Sunday, we charge an additional CHF 35 / EUR 30.

Included in the price are all the sessions, the overnight stay in a standard four- or six-person dorm, transportation during the ICF Experience (on the spot) and food and drinks.

What does the program look like?

Arrival on Thursday 22 June: 11.30 – 12.00

Start lunch on Thursday 22 June: 12.00

Closing: Sunday 25 June 15:00

Optional closing on Saturday 24 June: 18.00

What is the language?

We plan to have the ICF Experience in English and German. The language on stage will alternate per session. Translation into the other language (DE or ENG) will be provided.

What about food & drinks?

Breakfast, lunch & dinner, will be provided.

Who can participate?

The ICF Experience is a program for ICF churches that have started in the last two years or are starting this year. Invited are the ICF Pastors with their Key Leaders.

Additionally, existing ICFs can send new key leaders to the ICF Experience.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Unfortunately the ICF Experience program isn’t suitable for children.

Do you have a baby under 8 months old that needs to be breastfed and therefore needs to come along? We will have a separate room with a stream of the teaching sessions available for you. Other program elements aren’t suited for bringing a baby.

We desire for you to fully emerge yourself in the ICF Experience and therefore strongly advise to bring a nanny or organize care locally.

How many people are in one bedroom?

The regular offer we book for participants is a four or six bed dorm. There are a limited number of two-person bedrooms available. You can upgrade as long as there is space.

We will add the extra costs to your overall ICF Experience registration. We can’t guarantee a fixed price here because hostel prices will change closer to the event date.

How much does the ICF Experience cost?

Participation at the ICF Experience from Thu, 22 – Sat, 24 June 2023 costs CHF 275 / EUR 249 per person.

For a stay until Sun, 25 June 2023 and participation at the Behind The Scenes Sunday, we charge an additional CHF 35 / EUR 30.

We will sent you a bill after the ICF Experience, that needs to be paid within 30 days.

You also have the opportunity to support other participants by making a contribution.
