We plan to have the ICF Experience in German.

A translation into English will be provided.

If your team has difficulties with understanding English and you have a translator for your local language available, please contact us via movement@icf.ch

Breakfast, lunch & dinner, will be provided.

The ICF Experience is a program for ICF churches that have started in the last two years or are starting this year. Invited are the ICF Pastors with their Key Leaders.

Additionally, existing ICFs can send new key leaders to the ICF Experience.

Unfortunately the ICF Experience program isn’t suitable for children. 

Do you have a baby under 8 months old that needs to be breastfed and therefore needs to come along? We will have a separate room with a stream of the teaching sessions available for you. Other program elements aren’t suited for bringing a baby.

We desire for you to fully emerge yourself in the ICF Experience and therefore strongly advise to bring a nanny or organize care locally.  

The regular offer we book for participants is a four or six bed dorm. There are a limited number of two-person bedrooms available. You can upgrade as long as there is space.

The price for the upgrade to a single or double bedroom can be found in the cost section.

We will add the extra costs to your overall ICF Experience registration. We can’t guarantee a fixed price here because hostel prices will change closer to the event date.

Participation at the ICF Experience from Thu, 20 – Sat, 22 June 2024 costs CHF 275 / EUR 249 per person.

For a stay until Sun, 23 June 2024 and participation at the Behind The Scenes Sunday, we charge an additional CHF 35 / EUR 30.

We will sent you a bill after the ICF Experience, that needs to be paid within 30 days.

You also have the opportunity to support other participants by making a contribution.

Upgrade

The regular offer we book for participants is a dorm for four or six people (depending on availability). There is a limited number of two-person bedrooms available. You can upgrade as long as there is space.

The ICF Experience is for ICF Startups and ICF Churches.
