Leo Bigger, born 1968 in Buchs SG, has been living in Zurich since 1991. He is a professional offset printer and later studied theology at IGW Bible School in Zurich. In 1996 he took over the responsibility for ICF, which had been founded five years prior in Zurich as an interdenominational church. He now is the Senior Pastor of ICF Zurich and of the ICF Movement, with 37 locations in seven countries (as per 2012). Leo has been married to Susanna since 1991 and they have two sons (1999 and 2001).
Together with Leo, Susanna leads ICF Zurich and the ICF Movement. She has started and developed the Ladies’ Lounge and is an inspiration to many people in all of Europe through her personality.

Nicolas Legler, born in 1973, studied business adiministration and went on to gain experience in the consumer goods industry. His passion for church and for music took him to Sydney, Australia, in 2004, where he studied theology at Hillsong College for three years. Since 2007 Nicolas has been at home in ICF Zurich, where he founded ICF College in 2008 and where he is currently working as managing director. Nicolas is married to Tabea and they are parents to Jaymie and Jessey (2007 and 2011).
Tobias Teichen, Senior Pastor in ICF Munich, was born in 1977 in Schweinfurt (DE). He is living in Munich since 1997 where he was working as a teacher for about twelve years and studied theology.
Ten years ago he planted ICF Munich. Since January 2014 he is leading the ICF Movement in Germany.
Tobias is married to his wive Frauke for 16 years. They have a son.
Niklaus Burkhalter, born in 1967 in Berne, is the Senior Pastor of ICF Berne and their Locations in Biel, Thun & Interlaken. ICF Berne celebrated their Big 15 in 2014. In the same year he started leading the ICF Movement in Switzerland.
He has studied to become a teacher. After he graduated he worked part-time as a teacher, while leading ICF Berne. Since 2012 he is now full-time working as a pastor.
Niklaus is married to Andrea and they have three kids.
Rene Schubert, born in 1972 in the south of Austria is married to his wife Illana. Together they are leading ICF Vienna and he is the operative leader of all the ICF’s in Austria.
After a turbulent youth he became a Christian by the age of 20. Since then he is passionate about the church. For him the church is the hope of the world.
Before he became an ICF Pastor in 2011 he worked full-time as a social therapist in Switzerland.
