Christmas Experience
Be part of it!
Our Christmas Experience 2025 is just around the corner – and YOU can help make it something truly special! Together, we want to create an experience on December 13th and 14th (alternatively, December 6th and 7th) that inspires, touches, and puts Jesus at the center. To make this happen, we need people like you – full of heart, talent, passion, or simply eager to get involved. Whether you enjoy being on stage, coordinating behind the scenes, or looking after our guests – we have the right place for you! You’ll find all the areas further down on this page – with a picture, description, and a link to register. This page offers a select number of teams where you can get involved in if English is your preferred language. For all teams, refer to our German Christmas Experience teams webpage

Choir
Do you enjoy singing and love filling soundscapes with others? Then become part of our choir at the Christmas Experience 2025! Whether loud and powerful or quiet and soulful – together we will bring atmosphere and depth to the stage with polyphonic singing. You don’t need any professional training, just a love of singing and a desire for community.

Set construction
Do you love building, designing, and tinkering creatively? Then the scenery team is the right place for you! Here, we plan, saw, paint, and craft – so that the stage comes to life and fits the story perfectly. Together, we create a world that supports the acting and immerses the audience. Whether you‘re skilled in crafts or creative – you’ll find your place with us!
Important: Early registration is recommended, as we begin planning and construction weeks in advance. Furthermore, attendance at certain times during the Artist Days will be required. You can find out more about this in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section at the bottom of the page.

Frequently Asked Questions
No! Anyone can join. We’ll show you everything you need. For some teams, it’s important that you register early (drama, dance, choir, and teams like stage design, for example), as they start rehearsals and preparations earlier. Some teams require German speaking skills. It’s also helpful to check the team descriptions to see if you need to meet beforehand and possibly join our celebrations on Sundays early, as these teams carry a higher level of responsibility.
Sure! But please be careful of overlaps in time and tasks. We recommend a maximum of two teams, though, so you can enjoy everything yourself at the end.
It’s very simple: 1. Scroll through our teams above / 2. Select your area / 3. Click on “Register” / 4. Fill out our form and note whether special times/arrangements may apply to you / 5. Click on “Submit” / 6. Sit back until one of us gets back to you :)
Yes – especially for drama, dance, and choir. You can find all the information directly in the respective departments. Please note, drama and dance are only available for German speakers.
A so-called trial day, especially for teams that start earlier and/or need stage presence. Maybe you say dance, acting, choir, or set design would be your thing, but you’re not sure if it’s for you and what to expect. Then the tryouts are just right for you. Simply sign up; you don’t need to bring anything except yourself and just show up on September 20, 2025!
If you visit our registrations and are interested in a production or creative area, you’ll come across the term “Artist Day.” These are our rehearsal days, which we’re deliberately scheduling on weekends this year. This allows us to work alongside other teams and celebrate their successes, as well as conduct more thorough testing of interfaces. We deliberately work intensively on weekends so that you have time during the week to prepare for rehearsals and catch your breath. The dates of the Artist Days are listed on the registration form.
